GALLIPOLI, May 22, 1915.  Men of the 4th Battalion, AIF, at the top of Shrapnel Gully having breakfast from their dixies just behind the Battalion lines.  On the left is Private C.R. Duke and in front is Private McInnis (later killed in France); the soldier on the right was not identified.

I bought this photo from the Australian War Memorial many years ago as the men are from the same Battalion as Norman who was still alive on the date this photo was taken.
